Just a quick update from Jose Mier. Apparently due to a rising infection rate of the coronavirus beaches in LA County will be closed July 3 through 6. If you had any plans to celebrate the 4th on one of our LA beaches, your plans (and mine) just got shot down.
It’s really disheartening to have things open up and then shut down so soon afterward, but I guess that’s life in LA. I love Sun Valley but the one things we don’t have here is a beach so that entails taking a drive to one of the nearest beaches like Malibu. That avenue has now been closed.
Perhaps it’s time for a jaunt down to Orange County? We’ll see how things go. Regardess, enjoy Independence Day!
