Sun Valley Mom and Pops Need Our Help
It’s the little things that often get overlooked and that goes for restaurants, too. We have a plethora of little dining places in Sun Valley and unless you’re an established customer you may not even know they exist. Unlike some of the larger chain restaurants who can weather these turbulent times a bit better, we need to patronize our mom and pop restaurants. They don’t have the advertising budgets of larger nationwide chains and depend on us to keep them going. Most of the restaurants on this list are just such eateries (although I also threw in KFC because who doesn’t love their chicken?).
Remember Jose Mier’s June list? It’s still as good as the day I published it and those same restaurants still need our help. Let’s go eat!
